JIM PHILLIPSON
Rendere Trust Founder and Strategic Director

HEATHER PHILLIPSON
Co-founder and EcoGipps Land Steward
Heather coordinates all conservation activities for the EcoGipps venture, a 1,000 acre landholding entity soon to be donated to BioDiversity Legacy.

Lou plays a crucial role in coordinating and administrating all Rendere activities, supporting staff and establishing not-for-profit structures via the EcoLands Collective.

Relationship Manager
Kate brings over a decade of experience in program management, stakeholder engagement and community collaboration with leading environmental organisations across the globe to Rendere. In her previous roles with the Galapagos Conservation Trust, RSPB and CERES Community Environment Park, Kate championed collaborative ventures, cultivated strategic partnerships and empowered communities to enact meaningful change.
